OP Owners is operated by One Overland LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the OP Owners app and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account you agree to this policy.

Opus Owners is an independent, unofficial owner community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with OPUS Campers, OPUS US, or any part of the OPUS Camper brand. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Apple or Google.
• Profile details — anything you add to your profile, such as a profile photo, city/state, bio, and your camper model, year, trim, and serial/VIN used to verify ownership.
• Content you post — posts, comments, photos, reactions, and trip information you share in the community.
• Approximate location — only if you turn on “Show me on the owner map.” We store a fuzzed, approximate location (roughly a ~25-mile radius) — never your exact address or live location.
• Basic technical data — standard log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To provide the owner community — your feed, profile, the owner map, and messaging features.
• To verify camper ownership and manage your account.
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

What other members can see

OP Owners is a community, so some information is visible to other verified owners: your display name, profile photo, city/state, camper model/trim, and the posts and comments you share. If you enable the owner map, other members can see your approximate (fuzzed) area — not your address. You control this with the map toggle and can turn it off at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app:

• Supabase — secure hosting, database, and file storage for your account and content.
• Apple & Google — only if you choose to sign in with those services, to authenticate you.
• Legal compliance — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members.

Your choices and rights

• Edit or delete your posts, comments, photos, and profile details at any time in the app.
• Turn the owner-map visibility on or off whenever you want.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at support@ownerbase.io.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data.

Children

OP Owners is intended for camper owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
